    Sharman – YOU ROCK!
Cup 8 were my two nephews who hail from Dallas, Texas.

I was supposed to be with them over the holidays but my health prevented it. My Mom and Step Dad flew in from ON Canada and I spent my holiday in a new apartment with a friend who needed a helping hand.
I totally believe in the transformative power of Gratitude and paying it forward. I love what you are doing and I do think you will see it come around.
Thank you for cheering up 3 boys. Mitch the yahoo (and I say that with much affection because he is our family clown) is the sweetest child who has endured many hardships. He came to Salem to be with the barista – Mackenzie his most compassionate and wise older soul brother. I want to Thank you again for what you are doing.

If each of us does one act of random kindness each day even it it is just a smile – then the world will be a nice place and perhaps those people who feel on the outside will actually feel included.

I commend you for taking up your profession – not an easy one and to be a principal you have taken on the lives of many. My Dad was a principal – strict with his students – but much loved because of his caring and expectation of each living to their potential – I actually was a student at his school in the 70’s. So please know that today you made mine! I all I did was read about the coffee!

@Vikki. Thank you for the kind comments and encouraging words. I appreciate you taking the time to share your family story. Though I don’t know any of you, I’m enjoying our connection through kindness, compassion, work and family. Blessings out to all of you…And if by chance we were to meet, it would have to be over a cup of Starbucks coffee, served up by one of those boys, for sure! lol 🙂
