Cup 91

Cup 91Today’s Cup of Kindness was accidentally missed at Starbucks, zip code 97303. As I arrived at my local shop and ordered a latte, I found great relief as the barista had (yesterday’s) pound of coffee beans waiting for me at the window. I thought it was sweet that the Cup 32 Snowman Barista had labeled it “Blog Lady” for the barista at the counter–ensuring that I wouldn’t forget the purchase a second time! Since no one was queued up in my rear-view, and in my excitement to retrieve the bag of yesterday’s mishap, I completely forgot to pay for the next patron! It wasn’t until I was a couple of miles down the road that I realized the day’s gaffe. Sheesh. This forgetfulness is getting old–even after just two days.

As I drove off, I vowed to get my game on tomorrow, and follow through with the mission of Fully Caffeinated Generosity and Hope. So here’s a wish that tomorrow goes as planned, with a goodwill wish and a smile. Until then, and may you be fortunate enough to not leave, spill, or forget your beans.
